About Our Team

Elisabeth Ross

My name is Elisabeth Ross and I am the owner of The Garden Spa.

I went to school in Layton, Utah at Eagle Gate College. Shortly after graduation, I moved to California where I worked at a spa in Big Bear Lake for the winter season. After that, I moved to Los Angeles and worked for another spa in Beverly Hills for almost two years. I have found my calling here in Grand Junction, Colorado, and plan to stay as long as possible.

I have always loved helping those around me and have found that, since I was a kid, people of all ages look to me for help. I originally looked into becoming a psychologist but found that was not where I belonged. It didn’t take me long to find massage therapy and I am so glad I did. This career is more than that, it is a way of life and my true calling. Massage therapy, although a physical practice, allows me to help my clients in more ways than one; I have helped clients with Bells Palsy, fibromyalgia, depression, and anxiety. Massage therapy is not limited to physical ailments which is why I love what I do.

Outside of work, I take care of my family and generally enjoy life.

Rianna Arnett

My name is Rianna Arnett and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Nursing Assistant. I was born and raised here in Grand Junction, Colorado. I am still a practicing CNA, as I transition into massage therapy full-time. My interests, education, and professional path have all been centered around providing care to people with many differing healthcare needs. Massage therapy interests and intrigues me because it not only offers me an opportunity to help people, it also offers an opportunity to help lessen future pain and increase mobility. Once I have gained experience and further training in general massage I hope someday to pursue a career in medical massage. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from Elisabeth here at The Garden Spa as I move forward in this exciting chapter in my life.

Outside of massage therapy, I am a happy dog mom and dream to be a mini-cow mom as well.

Michelle Meraz

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking some time to learn a little bit about me. I became passionate about helping and healing with thoughtful touch after seeing the positive impact it had on me and my loved ones. I have a second career as a professional pet stylist and love working with animals! Unfortunately, it is true that working with pets can be hard on your body. After asking many fellow pet professionals how they manage the muscle aches, I was always pointed in the same direction: MASSAGE!

Now, I believe massage is not a luxury but an important part of self-care. My favorite part of this career is knowing I play a vital role in my client’s well-being. No matter what level of stress your body faces in your day to day, massage can be an amazing option for you. I have experience with many methods and techniques but am very excited to hone my skills and expand my repertoire. I look forward to curating the best massage for you! See you soon, Michelle.

Shasta Rozenblum

Hi everyone! My name is Shatsa Rozenblum and I am the esthetician at The Garden Spa.

I grew up with my mother cutting hair and have always had a passion for helping people feel beautiful. I’ve been cutting hair for a long time and am so excited to branch out into providing clients with facials and lashes. I love being able to help my clients feel more confident and radiant in their skin.

I have two beautiful children and an amazing husband, all of whom I absolutely adore. If I’m not at work, I’m home with them, and our two dogs, enjoying time together as a family.

I’m thrilled to be part of The Garden Spa’s team and cannot wait for the opportunity to support as many clients as I can with their skin needs.

    Cass Jess

My name is Cassidy Jess however I go by Cass and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I went to school here in Grand Junction at IntelliTec College where I was certified in Myofascial Cupping and Reflexology in addition to general massage. I was located out in Breckinridge for a little over a year before moving back down to Junction. I originate from southwestern Missouri and transplanted to Colorado in September of 2023.

I entered massage school with a desire to help others with the aches, pains, or general tension that ails them and continue to expand that drive by learning more techniques, and eventually, other modalities. Given time and continued experience, my current plan is to return to IntelliTec as a teacher and continue my practice while assisting future students down the massage path.

As far as my massage style, I enjoy using a mixture of Deep and Swedish techniques in a relatively focused treatment with the focus being on areas such as the shoulders, quadriceps, and calves. I have helped clients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis&Golfer’s Elbow, as well as work-life tension and other common issues experienced by people with busy lives.

When not working, I can be found playing trombone or video games with my friends.

    Monica Whelan

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Monica. I am a mother of three, grandmother of two. Originally from Wyoming (Go Cowboys!), moved to California for a stint, relocated and found our family in the beautiful state of Colorado. It has been 8 years of beauty and wonderful weather. My interests are family, reading, travel, and family. I enjoy fun filled with family time, and cozy nooks where I can read in the quiet, while I knit.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in 2023, and learned the sky is the limit, age is not a factor, if you want something bad enough. Life and all its mysteries have brought me to the best team I could ask to work with. I look forward to helping the team take care of you. I am excited to be part of The Garden Spa team.
