Sports

Hot Stone
Hot stones are used to massage the body. The heat from the stones help to ease muscle tension and improve blood flow.

Aromatherapy
Essential oils are added to the treatment to add scents and various healing elements of the oil chosen. The benefits range with the benefit of each oils, some of which include pain reduction, reducing stress and anxiety, and help with the symptoms of depression.

Reflexology
During the session the therapist will work on the feet and hands of the client, in an effort to help the client reach a natural healthy state. Reflexology has been known to help with pain, fatigue, quality of sleep, and anxiety.

Prenatal
Massage is wonderful for expecting mothers to help with aches, fluid retention, and relaxation. Garden Massage asks for the mother to wait until she is in her second trimester to schedule a session. And, if there are any complications, discuss with your doctor to make sure a massage is not contraindicated.

Chair
